Our tag line for this year is "go, play!"
It's something I often say to my own kids if they seem aimless (or are being too noisy inside!), and generally they do go off and play at something. But I've come to realise that, if going and playing isn't practiced, it isn't easy to do. Children who have gotten into the habit of being entertained, quickly forget how to simply just 'go, play!'.
And that's our biggest motivation for Needle & Nail this year - to see kids going and playing with engaged imaginations and active bodies.
So, along with our growing range of handcrafted toys, we're hoping to give you some ideas throughout the year for how you can help your kids 'go, play!' with our products.
